Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

1. The Service

This service is operated by [Wyoming LLC Name], a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"). The service is a creative writing and anonymous message delivery tool. Users provide a description of a grievance, the AI generates a written message based on that input, and the service delivers it anonymously to a recipient email address. The Company is a passive technology platform. It does not author, edit, or endorse any message sent through the service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use of the service constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Company accepts no liability for use by minors and reserves the right to terminate access if it has reason to believe a user is underage.

4. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to send. The AI generates a draft based on your input — you make the decision to send it. By sending a message, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Anonymous messages may cause emotional distress, upset, or psychological harm to the recipient.
  • This is the nature of the service and a foreseeable outcome of its use.
  • You have considered the impact on the recipient and accept full moral and legal responsibility for that impact.
  • The Company has no control over how a recipient responds, emotionally or otherwise, and accepts no liability for any such response.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any message you send through the service. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use this service to:

  • Send threats of physical harm or violence.
  • Target minors.
  • Harass a single recipient through repeated or coordinated sending.
  • Impersonate another person as the sender.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Company reserves the right to block or refuse any send at its sole discretion, without notice and without refund of credits.

7. Anonymity

The service is designed to protect sender identity. No sender information is included in any outgoing message. However, the Company makes no absolute guarantee of anonymity in all circumstances and accepts no liability for any identification of a sender that occurs outside its direct control, including through legal process, third-party action, or the sender's own conduct.

8. Credits and Payments

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are stored in your browser and will be lost if browser data is cleared — you acknowledge this at the point of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The Company does not store your payment information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular message will be delivered successfully.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, psychological, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any message sent through it, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to that claim.

11. User-Generated Content

The grievance input you provide is user-generated content. You retain responsibility for that content. By submitting it, you represent that it does not contain false statements of fact, does not constitute defamation, and does not violate any third party's rights. The AI-generated output is a creative transformation of your input, produced at your direction. You are the directing party. The Company is the tool.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
